Rosa Parks
I think Rosa Parks represents how a single person, in a single moment of courage, can change our world. Four simple words, “No, I am Not”, cost her a lot, but became such an inspirational symbol and a point of no return for civil rights.
Even today, your voice can emerge over all those digital noise. Because sometimes what you think is shared by common sense of most of people, like a glass of water about to overflow waiting for a last drop… Just remember it, you are not alone.

Afraid Of Future
Long time without posting… What can I say?, life sometimes makes you clear where priorities are while your act like a dyslexic juggler.
I made this picture a while ago, thinking about all those things that could menace our future… they said. And I think that today, considering news, it’s time to publish it.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t say we shouldn’t be worry about all those terms. Yes we should. But I have confidence in human being, in our ability to overcome adversity. And I’m sure that living afraid of future is not the best way to help overcome whatever get in our way.
My point of view is that fear is such an extreme feeling it can be used to block our rational thinking. Under fear we are easy to manipulate.
So please don’t be afraid. Be concerned and act like human being we should be.

La Grande Bellezza
Esta película me atrapó hace unos años, cuando pasaba un momento difícil. Y como en casi todas las grandes películas de mi vida me pilló de sorpresa, tras un doble click tirado al azar sobre un mar de archivos. Al igual que en aquellos tiempos, en los que uno se perdía buscando tesoros en los infinitos planetas irisados que venían con las revistas.
Y así, sin preguntarme porque, ocupo el sitio como mi película favorita. Seguramente porque era el momento perfecto para verla. Llego como esa pieza del puzle que la encajas y justo te deja ver lo que será la escena completa. O quizás sea porque a veces yo me siento un poco Jep Gambardella, viejo y cansado, pero todavía sorprendiéndome por los ‘destellos de belleza’ que pasan fugazmente, que te capturan, pero que te dejan el amargo sabor de aquello que no puedes atrapar en el tiempo.
Mi ilustración no hace justicia a la poesía que surge de las imágenes y de la música de esta película. Recoge las palabras de la escena final, que pongo a continuación.

MatchRotation for Autodesk Revit

I recently updated my MatchRotation Addin for Autodesk Revit to version 1.3. And I think it’s a good moment to post it at my site and keep this url where talk about it and perhaps add some beta or take users comments or suggestions This addin cost as little as 1.99$.
Description
This is a perfect complement for Autodesk® Revit® Align command, it will try to match Z rotation between almost any Revit Element.
It will help in all those cases where align doesn’t work, for example (but not only!):
– Rotate Section View or Elevation to align to Facades.
– Rotate ScopeBox or SectionBox to align to Wall or Grids.
– Rotate Annotations or Detail Items
– Rotate Plan View itself by selecting crop to align to a grid or any other element.
If you Shift+Click on target it will rotate perpendicular to target.
Also you can align to a linked model element.
General Usage Instructions
Simple use as pair wise mode: Select Element to rotate, then select Element to get Rotation. Press escape to stop matching.
Mass mode: Pre-select multiple Elements to Rotate, then select Element to get Rotation.
If Shift+Click on target it will rotate perpendicular (add extra 90º to rotation).
Additional button will let you choose target rotation in linked model.
Tips
To move MatchRotation to default Revit addin tab:
You just have to create, in same folder as DLL, an empty text archive called add-ins.txt.
If you are using Revit 2016 just create C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\MatchRotation.bundle\Contents\2016\add-ins.txt
